The pictures are in order of how they go in the zine. The first and last pictures are the "covers" of the book. I am only missing one page that discusses my academic passions and hobbies. I know that the picture with the sun might be a bit confusing... Basically it's about this one time that my friend read my fortune with Tarot cards. One of the three I got was the sun and she basically explained how this is the life I was going to discover why I am here for.
From Seth-- Some very delicately rendered imagery. It's great that you're thinking about how style of representation feeds the content! I'm also impressed with how some of your digital solutions translate here stylistically using handmade processes. Very moving concept. Looking forward to the finished zine.
ReplyDeleteI love the way you captured the expression in the sun I cant get over it. I thing you did an amazing job at using text without it seeming overwhelming. There is a lot of history behind each page and you clearly have shown that.
